(Also, the model number cannot be relied on to predict the

Many popular items can be ordered from stock, at just £5 more than
the repair price.
However, for some items, there is also a refundable deposit required,
usually of £5 or £10.
This is refunded when you return a repairable exchange to us within
14 days.
If your item is available from stock, an order button will be shown
on the Search Item page result.
Otherwise, the form allows you to book in your repair.
Ordering by Mail Order
Post us your faulty control(s) - we normally repair,
test and return the same day.
To reduce the possibility of delays, please book in your order first
from here.
Please pack in a stout cardboard box and send to

If possible, please describe the fault symptom.
Note
If you are using Royal Mail, you can ask for a certificate of
posting, guaranteeing you the goods' value up to around £30-£35 if the Post
Office fails to deliver. - Post doesn't go astray often, but the
certificate is a free alternative to registered or recorded delivery as
a method of insurance.
